The site was written in Vim and is (XHTML 1.0 Strict + CSS 2) valid, so you can use any browser which meets W3C standards. If you use text or old browser without CSS, you shouldn't have any problems to read the content.
The page was projected to resolution from 1024x768 to 1600x1200, but you can freely see it in smaller and higher resolutions too.
